Maize Blaze was launched in Camden Market in 2014 by founder Ruth Christianson. Inspired by her early childhood growing up in Bogota, Colombia, Ruth is on a mission to popularise this wonderfully diverse cuisine in the UK.

The Maize Blaze food and experience was developed in the heart of London’s dynamic street food scene, and quickly set the standard for contemporary Colombian cuisine in London. The team has grown over the years to include hardworking creative chefs on the front lines but as a small business, finding the time for marketing has been a big challenge.

Ruth found working with influencers via Nibble to be the most effective way to hit her marketing goals while keeping costs down. The influencers are creating content for her each week and helping extend the Maize Blaze network and reach new audiences online.

"With Nibble because you can manage it yourself. And because it is on a platform and influencer are basically doing the work for you. It just keeps (marketing) costs down quite a lot.

And it's really easy to manage cause I can do it on my phone and I can also get the alert sent out to the team. So I don't even have to tell them when it's happening.

I just put in exactly what I want to offer, what the minimum number of followers would be for that particular offer. And then they find me and I just click approve, which is amazing! Saves me a lot of time."
